Quartz sand color sorter workflow
Quartz sand enters the machine from the hopper, and is vibrated by the vibrator device. The selected material enters the observation area of the sorting room along the channel, and passes between the CCD sensor and the background plate. The optical signal is synthesized to make the system generate an output signal, which is amplified and processed and then transmitted to the computing processing system to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal. The control system issues instructions to drive the solenoid valve to spray and blow out different-colored particles to the waste area. White quartz sand continue down to the good material area to achieve the purpose of sorting.
