Golden Technology officially launched its first lead-zinc ore sensor-based sorting machine in the Tibet region. This project effectively addressed the challenge of recovering low-grade ores that were previously unrecoverable for the client. The sorting process is entirely water-free and chemical-free, fundamentally resolving the conflict between resource development and water resource protection.

This provides a more environmentally friendly and efficient solution for the development and utilization of medium and low-grade lead-zinc ores in Tibet and across the country.

XRT ore sorting machine working principle

  • XRT intelligent sorting technology uses X-ray transmission technology to detect the size, thickness, density and other characteristic values ​​of the ore, as well as the differences in the reaction of the elements and atomic sequences of the relevant components to X-rays, forming Compton effect differences to achieve separation of ore and waste.
  • The technology also combines image recognition technology to accurately detect the color, texture, gloss and other characteristic values ​​of the ore surface through high-definition cameras and detectors to distinguish between ore and waste.
