Golden Technology officially launched its first lead-zinc ore sensor-based sorting machine in the Tibet region. This project effectively addressed the challenge of recovering low-grade ores that were previously unrecoverable for the client. The sorting process is entirely water-free and chemical-free, fundamentally resolving the conflict between resource development and water resource protection.
This provides a more environmentally friendly and efficient solution for the development and utilization of medium and low-grade lead-zinc ores in Tibet and across the country.
XRT ore sorting machine working principle
- XRT intelligent sorting technology uses X-ray transmission technology to detect the size, thickness, density and other characteristic values of the ore, as well as the differences in the reaction of the elements and atomic sequences of the relevant components to X-rays, forming Compton effect differences to achieve separation of ore and waste.
- The technology also combines image recognition technology to accurately detect the color, texture, gloss and other characteristic values of the ore surface through high-definition cameras and detectors to distinguish between ore and waste.
