How does metal ore sorting machine work?

Intelligent metal ore sorting equipment adopts X-ray transmission imaging technology, combined with advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, and uses high-speed air valves to separate ore and surrounding rock. X-rays penetrate the ore to form a grayscale image of the ore. Large atomic number atoms are concentrated area appears black.The area where atoms with small atomic numbers are concentrated is white or gray. The collected grayscale images are processed by artificial intelligence algorithms and compared with specific patterns to obtain the distribution information of minerals in the ore. Then the ore is sorted by controlling the compressed air through the solenoid valve.
